This is a customer service voice process where candidates will handle customer queries over calls, provide information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Freshers can apply, and experienced candidates with customer service background are preferred.

Eligibility:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Graduates and experienced undergraduates

• Good English and Hindi communication skills

• Versant Level 4+ required

• B.Pharma candidates are not eligible

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through voice calls

• Provide accurate information and resolutions

• Maintain service quality standards

• Follow company and client processes

Salary:

Shift Timing:

• Rotational shifts

• Male: 8 AM – 8 PM (9 hours)

• Female: 8 AM – 6 PM (9 hours)
