Job Description
Handle customer queries via voice / non-voice support
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain records and update data in systems
For QA role: Monitor calls and ensure process quality standards
For MIS role: Prepare reports using Excel (Power BI is an added advantage)
Eligibility Criteria
12th Pass: Customer Care / Support roles
Graduate / Post-Graduate: QA, Telematics, MIS / Excel roles
Good communication skills in Hindi & Basic English
Basic computer knowledge (Excel mandatory for MIS roles)
Salary Package
₹13,000 – ₹20,000 (In-hand)
Salary based on role, skills, and interview performance
