Sparnod Fitness is looking for a Customer Care Executive to manage customer queries and service coordination for our fitness equipment products.

Freshers with Good English communication skill can also apply

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone, email & WhatsApp

• Resolve complaints (installation, servicing, defects)

• Coordinate with service/technical teams

• Maintain records & ensure timely follow-ups

• Manage warranty & service requests

🔹 Requirements:

• Graduate (any field)

• 1–3 years customer service experience (preferred)

• Good communication (English/Hindi/regional language)

• Basic computer skills (Excel, email)

• Problem-solving & multitasking ability

🔹 Preferred:

• After-sales service experience

• Knowledge of fitness/technical products

• CRM knowledge

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
