Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a polite and professional manner.

• Resolve product, service, and order-related issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM database.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

• Gather customer feedback to help improve overall service quality.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills (Hindi / Marathi).

• Prior experience in customer support or call center operations preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.

• Ability to work full-time from our Viman Nagar office (6 days/week).
