About the Role

Shubh Mangaal Yatra is looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, assisting travellers in selecting the right tour packages, and converting leads into bookings.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a strong interest in travel and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and customer leads.

• Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.

• Explain itineraries, inclusions, pricing, and booking terms clearly.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

• Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings using google sheet.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat bookings and referrals.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Confident and persuasive personality.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Customer-oriented approach.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and WhatsApp.

• Previous experience in travel sales, telecalling, or customer handling will be an advantage.
