Customer Support Executive – Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, order-related concerns, complaints, and coordination with internal teams. The candidate will be responsible for providing timely resolutions and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Resolve customer concerns related to orders, delivery status, products, returns, replacements, and cancellations.

• Coordinate with the Operations, Warehouse, Procurement, and Courier/Delivery teams for timely issue resolution.

• Track orders and provide accurate updates to customers.

• Register and maintain records of customer complaints and resolutions.

• Follow up with internal teams and external service providers until the issue is closed.

• Maintain daily MIS, customer complaint reports, and order-related records.

• Ensure proper communication and follow-up with customers within defined timelines.

• Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the concerned senior/team.

• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach in all interactions.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Customer handling and problem-solving ability.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams.

• Good follow-up and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.

• Knowledge of e-commerce, order processing, logistics, or fulfilment will be an advantage.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, E-commerce Operations, Order Management, or similar roles.
