Compensation: ₹17,000 – ₹18,000 / month

Work Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift) | Rotational Week Off

Role Overview

Engage with customers across voice, email, and live chat channels to deliver prompt resolutions and maintain service delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries across inbound calls, live chat, and email tickets.

Diagnose customer issues, troubleshoot standard workflows, and provide first-contact resolution.

Maintain accurate case logs and CRM documentation following standard operating procedures.

Meet quality assurance (QA), Average Handling Time (AHT), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) metrics.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Any Graduate, Undergraduate, or Diploma holder (Freshers and experienced candidates welcome).

Language Proficiency: Fluent English (verbal and written) along with Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, or Malayalam.

Typing Skills: Minimum 30 WPM with standard accuracy.

Competencies: Basic computer literacy, active listening, and strong communication skills.

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
