1. Position: Sales Executive

Job Role: Outbound Sales / Tele Sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales.

- Explain products or services to customers and address their queries.

- Achieve sales targets and maintain performance standards.

- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.

- Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.

Salary: ₹26,000 CTC per month

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in hardcore sales is required.

2. Position: Customer Support Executive

Job Role: Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming or outgoing customer calls as assigned.

- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.

- Provide accurate information and maintain customer satisfaction.

- Follow company procedures and meet quality standards.

- Maintain a professional approach while handling customer interactions.

Salary: ₹23,000 CTC per month

Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience preferred.

Work Details

- Working Days: 6 days a week

- Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday

- Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM

- Login Hours: 9 hours, including a 1-hour break

- Cab Facility: Not provided; candidates must arrange their own commute.

- Deduction: 2% TDS, as mentioned in the hiring details.
