Role Overview

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat.

• Track requests and coordinate with operations/support teams.

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems.

• Ensure professional and courteous communication.

• Follow company processes and service standards.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Strong English communication (verbal & written).

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).

• Willing to work from Koramangala office.

• Ready to learn and follow structured processes.
