Job Summary

We are hiring experienced and customer-focused professionals for an International Voice Process in a reputed BPO environment. The role involves handling international customers over calls, ensuring query resolution, maintaining service quality standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound international voice calls.

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation Mandatory (Any Discipline).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process (BPO) – Mandatory.

• Excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal & Listening) – Mandatory.

• Strong articulation, neutral accent, and professional call handling skills.

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.

• No absconding history. Proper documentation required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Budget: Up to ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience & interview performance).

• 5 Days Working (2 Rotational Week Offs).

• Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts, if applicable).

• Two-Way Cab Facility Provided.
