Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This position involves handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear information about Invisel’s products and services, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. The role includes updating customer records, processing service requests, coordinating with operations teams, and following up to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. The representative will also gather feedback, identify patterns in customer concerns, and share insights with internal teams to improve service quality. Daily tasks require maintaining a positive, solutions-focused attitude and representing Invisel’s commitment to peace of mind and reliable support.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver high-quality Customer Service and maintain strong Customer Satisfaction levels.

• Experience in Customer Support and handling Customer Service Representatives functions, including call and ticket management.

• Skills in enhancing Customer Experience and building long-term customer relationships.

• Strong spoken and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.

• Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

• Willingness to work on-site in Pune City and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Prior experience in home services, consumer products, or related industries is beneficial.
