Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller to join the Marketing & Growth team at goSTOPS. The role will involve connecting with customers through outbound calls, generating interest, promoting goSTOPS offerings, and supporting the team in driving bookings and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain goSTOPS properties, offers, experiences, and relevant promotions.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable goSTOPS properties or offerings.

• Generate leads and convert enquiries into bookings or qualified opportunities.

• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication until closure.

• Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and follow-up information.

• Coordinate with the Marketing, Growth, and Operations teams for smooth customer conversion.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling, lead conversion, and revenue targets.

• Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the team.

Candidate Profile

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer service, hospitality sales, or business development.

• Freshers with strong communication and a sales-oriented mindset can also apply.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

• Target-oriented with good follow-up and persuasion skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.

• Hotel Management/IHM or Hospitality background will be an added advantage.
