Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
Provide accurate information about products and services
Maintain proper follow-up with customers
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
Maintain records of customer interactions and updates
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
