We are looking for the CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE role for COUNTRY HOLIDAYS TRAVEL. The CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE is responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing information about produsts or services. The role is focus on delivering execellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handles customer calls, emails, and chats
resolve customer complaints effieciently
provide accurate information about prodcucts or services
maintain records of customer interaction
escalate complex problems to senior staff
ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
