We are looking for the Customer Care Executive is responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products or services. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
1. Handle customer calls, emails, and chats
2. Resolve customer complaints efficiently
3. Provide accurate information about products/services
4. Maintain records of customer interactions
5. Follow up with customers for issue resolution
6. Escalate complex problems to senior staff
7. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
REQUIRED SKILLS:-
1. Good communication skills
2. Active listening and problem-solving ability
3. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
4. Patience and customer-handling skills
5. Ability to work in a team
6. Time management skills
QUALIFICATION:-
1. Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate in any field
2. Experience: 1to 2 Years of experience ( Loans, Insurance, BPO, Real Estate)
WORKING CONDITIONS:-
1. Work from Office (NOIDA , Sector 62)
2. 6 days a week
3. 10 AM to 6 PM
