We are looking for a smart, well-organised, and customer-focused professional to join our team at our exclusive women's ethnic wear showroom.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling customer enquiries, managing online orders, and maintaining our website while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship Management

Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and other online platforms.

Assist customers with product details, pricing, availability, and order status.

Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a premium shopping experience.

Follow up with customers and manage customer feedback.

2. Website & E-Commerce Management

Manage and update the company website on a regular basis.

Upload new products with photographs, descriptions, prices, and product details.

Manage online orders, order tracking, and customer queries.

Ensure product listings and website information are accurate and up to date.

3. Social Media Coordination

Coordinate with the social media team for product updates and new collections.

Respond to customer messages and enquiries on Instagram and other platforms.

Candidate Requirements

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in website management.

Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or similar will be preferred.

Customer-friendly attitude, professional behaviour, and attention to detail.

Previous experience in fashion, retail, or women's ethnic wear will be an advantage.
