Location - Jaipur - Mansarovar

Education: 12th Pass

Rotational shift ( Cab provided only between 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM )

Experience: 6 months

Notice period: Immediate to 10 days. Joiners only needed.

Role Overview

Handle customer queries via chat related to mobile services, billing, and subscriptions while driving upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve customer queries via chat
Handle billing, prepaid & subscription issues
Provide basic troubleshooting
Ensure excellent customer experience
Identify and drive sales opportunities

Eligibility

Undergraduate / graduate with a minimum of six months of experience
Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
Good typing & basic computer skills
Flexible for rotational shifts
two way cab facilities provided

Preferred

Experience in customer service / chat / sales
Telecom or international process background
Ok with night shifts and rotational shifts
