We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals for our Banking & NBFC Customer Service Process. The role involves assisting customers with their loan applications, resolving queries, ensuring proper documentation, and handling loan enquiry-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries related to loan applications and loan enquiries.
Ensure accurate documentation and verification process as per company and client guidelines.
Provide clear and effective communication to customers regarding loan products and status.
Maintain records of customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through problem-solving and query resolution.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate.
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (Banking/NBFC preferred).
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Knowledge of basic banking terms and loan processes.
Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first approach.
Immediate joiners preferred.
