Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide timely and accurate resolutions.

• Manage 70% voice/calling interactions with customers.

• Handle 30% chat interactions through online chat support.

• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain a professional and positive communication style.

• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.

• Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records.

• Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable handling both voice and chat support.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Customer-service-oriented attitude.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Experience: Minimum 6 months preferred; freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

Salary

Up to ₹18,000 in hand, depending on experience and interview performance.
