Patparganj Industrial Area (Near Anand Vihar Metro)

💰 Salary:

₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

📌 Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle inquiries, support, and after-sales service for our massager machines and leg massager products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media

• Explain product features, benefits, and usage of massager machines and leg massagers

• Assist customers with troubleshooting basic technical issues

• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions professionally

• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Coordinate with the technical/service team when required

• Recommend suitable models based on customer needs

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic technical understanding of electronic devices

• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
