Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who can handle customer queries professionally, provide timely resolutions, and maintain strong customer relationships. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries
Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Maintain customer records and follow-ups
Ensure smooth customer support and satisfaction
Provide updates regarding orders, deliveries, and services

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Email drafting
Problem-solving and coordination skills
