Roles and responsibilities -:

Prepare project documents such as receipts, welcome letters, demand letters,

allotment letters, ATS, MOU, lease, possession letters, and NOCs.

• Maintain registry records, customer data, and CRM inventory updates.

• Record monthly payments in Excel and manage project documentation.

• Scan and share documents with the Sales Head.

• Coordinate with the sales team for booking forms and updates.

• Handle client emails and maintain confidentiality of customer data,

• Coordinate with clients for refund and retain.
