We are looking for a Collection Executive to join our team at Sawai Finance Private Limited . The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Call customers and remind them about pending payments
Follow up on overdue accounts
Maintain records of all collections
Handle customer queries politely
Visit customers at their home if required

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 1 years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift.
