Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products/services, generating leads, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads/database.
Explain products/services and handle customer queries effectively.
Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in CRM.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
0–6 Month of experience in telesales / BPO (Freshers can apply)
Good convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
