Office Timing: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000

Incentive: Up to ₹5,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Customers ko call karke pending loan payments ke regarding follow-up karna

• Customers ke saath professional communication maintain karna

• Payment related information aur updates system me maintain karna

• Team aur management ke saath coordination me kaam karna

• Customers ko repayment process aur dues ke baare me guide karna

Requirements:

• Good communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Hindi speaking mandatory

• Experience preferred, Fresher can also apply

• Positive attitude and confidence
