Job Description:

Rajasthan Aushdhalaya Private Limited is looking for a dedicated Collection Executive to join our team. The role involves contacting customers regarding outstanding payments, resolving payment-related queries, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via calls to follow up on pending payments

• Remind customers about due or overdue payments in a professional manner

• Address customer queries related to payments and billing

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment issues

• Achieve monthly collection targets and maintain collection reports

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Below 10th pass

• Experience: 0 – 6+ years (Freshers can also apply)

• Basic communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle customer conversations politely and professionally

• Willing to work 6 days a week in a day shift

जॉब विवरण:

राजस्थान औषधालय प्राइवेट लिमिटेड अपनी टीम के लिए एक जिम्मेदार कलेक्शन एग्जीक्यूटिव की तलाश कर रही है। इस पद पर आपको ग्राहकों से कॉल के माध्यम से बकाया भुगतान के लिए संपर्क करना होगा, भुगतान से संबंधित प्रश्नों को हल करना होगा और समय पर कलेक्शन सुनिश्चित करना होगा।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:

• ग्राहकों को कॉल करके बकाया भुगतान के बारे में फॉलो-अप करना

• ग्राहकों को देय या ओवरड्यू पेमेंट की जानकारी देना

• भुगतान और बिलिंग से संबंधित ग्राहकों के सवालों का समाधान करना

• ग्राहक कॉल और पेमेंट फॉलो-अप का रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना

• पेमेंट से जुड़े मामलों को हल करने के लिए अन्य टीमों के साथ समन्वय करना

• मासिक कलेक्शन टारगेट को पूरा करना और रिपोर्ट तैयार करना

योग्यता:

• न्यूनतम योग्यता: 10वीं से कम भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं

• अनुभव: 0 – 6+ वर्ष (फ्रेशर भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं)

• अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन और ग्राहक से बात करने की क्षमता

• ग्राहकों से विनम्र और प्रोफेशनल तरीके से बात करने की क्षमता

• सप्ताह में 6 दिन डे शिफ्ट में काम करने के लिए तैयार
