Collection Executive

We are looking for a Collection Executive to join our team at Finsolve Resurgence Services (opc) Private Limited to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Banking. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.

Contact customers with pending/overdue EMI or loan payments.

Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.

Follow up daily to recover outstanding dues

Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets

Update daily collection reports in system/Excel/CRM

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 5 years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift.
