Loan Sales Executive / Telecaller

Job Responsibilities

Contact potential customers through calls and follow-ups.

Explain personal loan products and eligibility criteria.

Generate and manage leads from company-provided data.

Collect and verify customer documents.

Coordinate with customers until loan approval and disbursement.

Maintain daily call reports and customer records.

Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets.

Provide professional and courteous customer service.

Eligibility

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Experience in loan sales, banking, telecalling, or financial products is preferred.

Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Salary & Incentive Structure

Payout-Based Earnings:

₹1 Lakh to ₹10 Lakh Disbursement – 1% Payout

₹10,00,001 to ₹25 Lakh Disbursement – 1.25% Payout

Above ₹25 Lakh Disbursement – 1.5% Payout

No fixed salary. Earnings are based on successful loan disbursements.
