Hiring: Tele Collection Executive (Tele Calling)

Job Type:Permanent | Full-Time

Location: Hoodi, Bengaluru

Salary:

In-Hand Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

• Incentives: Up to ₹15,000

• Performance Bonus

• Yearly Bonus

Work Schedule:

Day Shift

6 Working Days per Week

1 Rotational Week Off

Eligibility:

• 12th Pass with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience, or

• Any Graduate (Freshers can apply)

• Minimum 2 months of experience in Tele Collection, Telesales, or Voice Process (Financial Services experience preferred)

• Languages:English + Hindi + Tamil/Malayalam

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and provide information about financial products and services.

• Achieve monthly collection targets.

• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

• Resolve customer queries professionally.

• Coordinate with internal teams for collection activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal communication skills

• Strong negotiation and convincing skills

• Customer-focused approach

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge

• Good data entry and record management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
