The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of consistently achieving daily collection targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to recover outstanding payments efficiently while maintaining positive customer relationships. The candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling delinquent accounts professionally to maximize recovery and minimize overdue balances.
