🕒 Shift: Night Shift (US Timings)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our Sales & Client Support team. If you have excellent English communication skills and enjoy interacting with international clients, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:-

• Handle sales and client support for US-based customers.

• Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and chats.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Work closely with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  

Requirements:-

• Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (Mandatory)

• Freshers are encouraged to apply

• Experience in Sales, Customer Support, or International Voice Process is an advantage

• Comfortable working in permanent night shifts (US Shift)

• Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer proficiency
