Job Description

Company : Mangatrai Jewellers

Position : CRM / Telecaller

Experience : 1 - 4 Years

Location : Punjagutta, HYD. - Work From Office

Weekoff : 1 weekoff / week

Timings : 10:30am - 8pm

The CRM will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely follow-ups, providing excellent after-sales service, resolving queries, collecting feedback, and supporting client retention.

• Making sure all the leads of the clients after placing orders are met.

• Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through after-sales service.

• Always ask them for true feedback.

• Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection of payment.

• Resolve the queries and questions of all the clients.

• Give or support the participants/clients about company products or services.

• Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to the concern.

• Understand client queries and solve them in any manner.

(Retail CRM

= customer connect calls

= Telecaller Role + order foloowup with customer + After sales service)

Key skills for Client Relationship Management

• Polite disposition.

• Ability of rigorous follow up.

• The ability to communicate confidently – both through speaking and writing – with colleagues and clients.

• Ability to understand the circumstances and act accordingly.

• Thorough knowledge of products/services.

• Always available on calls.
