Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Client Relationship Manager for Home Loans who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding client requirements, converting leads into successful cases, and maintaining strong follow-ups to ensure smooth loan processing.
The role involves assisting clients throughout the home loan journey—from initial inquiry to final disbursement—while coordinating with banks/NBFCs and internal teams. The candidate should be proactive and focused on delivering a seamless customer experience. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to handle multiple clients efficiently will be key to success in this role.
