A CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring surveillance cameras and security systems to ensure the safety and security of people and property.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
Identify and report suspicious activities or security incidents.
Maintain records of incidents and observations.
Immediately inform the supervisor or security team about emergencies.
Ensure CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report technical issues.
Review recorded footage when required for investigations.
Maintain confidentiality and follow security procedures.
Prepare daily monitoring and incident reports.
