Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Case Manager to handle and resolve disputes, complaints, and queries related to loans from banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, legal professionals, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies to provide effective legal solutions and ensure timely resolution of cases.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee loan-related dispute cases involving banks and NBFCs.
Analyze loan agreements, sanction letters, repayment schedules, notices, and related financial documents.
Address client queries regarding loan recovery, settlement, foreclosure,
Coordinate with legal teams to prepare case strategies,
Monitor case progress and maintain accurate records in the case management system.
