We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the position of BPO Call Center Executive. The role involves handling customer queries and providing support through inbound and outbound calls.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Understand and resolve customer queries and complaints
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Maintain clear, polite, and professional communication at all times
- Follow company guidelines, scripts, and processes while handling calls
- Record and update customer information in the system
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Good verbal communication skills (Hindi/English as per process requirement)
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Ability to handle customer pressure and maintain patience
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Salary Package:
- ₹19,000 to ₹31,000 CTC per month (based on experience and interview performance)
