Job Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain Frankfinn courses.
· Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities in aviation,
hospitality, and customer service industries.
· Generate and follow up on leads through tele-calling.
· Maintain call records and update lead details in the system.
· Convert inquiries into walk-ins and admissions.
· Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Working Days & Timing
· 6 Days Working: Monday to Saturday
· Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
· Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)
Required Skills
· Good communication in Hindi, and English
· Experience in Outbound Tele calling / Tele Sales / Lead Generation
· Strong convincing and counselling skills
· Ability to handle customer queries over calls
