Location: Secunderabad
Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferably Industry)
Language: Kannada (Mandatory), English, Telugu, Hindi
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Week Off between Monday–Friday)

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Call Center Executive (Outbound Process) to handle enquiry-based leads for our Advanced grohair & gloskin clinics in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls to leads generated for Skin & Hair enquiries

• Explain treatments, services, and offers confidently

• Convince and schedule appointments at our Bangalore clinic locations

• Follow up with interested leads and maintain proper call records

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets assigned

• Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure smooth appointment flow

Requirements:

• Kannada speaking is mandatory

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Target-oriented mindset

• Experience in healthcare/clinic/cosmetic industry is an added advantage
