Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused candidates for the International Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls with international clients, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. With hard core sales skills and promoting services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle international customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
Provide accurate product/service information.
Maintain call quality and performance targets.
Update customer records in the system(Excel)

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
Willingness to work in night shifts
Basic computer knowledge
Freshers/Experienced candidates can apply
