Job Summary – Business Development Manager

Responsible for driving business growth by managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting company services. Handle client calls, explain service offerings, resolve queries, and manage escalations to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal departments for seamless service delivery and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct client meetings, corporate presentations, and networking activities to generate leads and expand the customer base. Contribute to business development initiatives by building partnerships, enhancing client engagement, and supporting revenue growth objectives.
