About the Role

We are seeking energetic and persuasive Administrative counselor to join our admissions outreach team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring students and their parents, guiding them through the diverse academic programs offered by Parul University. You will be responsible for converting inquiries into successful admissions by providing detailed information and counseling.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Counseling: Call prospective students from provided leads to explain various undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

Lead Management: Effectively manage and track leads in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups.

Admissions Conversion: Guide students through the application process and help them meet their career goals.

Goal Achievement: Meet daily talk-time targets and weekly/monthly admission quotas.

Database Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of all student interactions and status updates.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Graduate in any stream (Final year students with excellent communication skills may be considered).

Experience: 0–3 years in telesales, telemarketing, or educational counseling. Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome.

Communication Skills:

Mandatory: High proficiency in English.

Regional Language Requirement: Must be fluent in at least one of the following: Hindi, Odiya, Malayalam, Telugu, English,Tamil ,Kannada.

Soft Skills: Strong persuasion skills, active listening, and the ability to handle objections gracefully.
