Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Facility Management market.

• Analyze market trends, industry movements, and competitor activities.

• Formulate business development strategies to increase FM revenue and expand client coverage.

• Target and approach potential clients such as office buildings, hospitals, industrial facilities, data centers, and mixed-use developments.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

• Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and all tender-related documents.

• Present Facility Management solutions tailored to client needs.

• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structure, and contract conditions.

• Analyze cost structures and determine competitive service pricing.

• Manage the sales pipeline and support the closing of new projects.

• Coordinate closely with Engineering and Operations teams.

• Conduct site surveys and gather technical requirements.

• Prepare and update business pipeline reports and market opportunity analyses.

• Provide insights and support to senior management in shaping FM business strategy.
