We are hiring an Executive – Business Outreach to generate business leads across India and international markets for our recruitment and HR services. The role focuses on identifying prospects and connecting with them through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Traxon data.
Key Responsibilities
Use Traxon data and LinkedIn to identify potential clients in India & overseas.
Reach out to decision-makers through email, LinkedIn messages, WhatsApp.
Build, manage and update a strong lead pipeline.
Schedule meetings and pass qualified leads to senior leadership.
Maintain all outreach and follow-up records.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in business outreach/lead generation (India or international).
Strong written & verbal communication skills.
Experience in LinkedIn-based research and outreach (Sales Navigator preferred).
Proactive, target-driven and well-organized.
Education
Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
