Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities for staffing, bulk hiring, and apprenticeship (NAPS/NATS) services
Identify and approach potential clients across manufacturing, retail, logistics, e-commerce, and other sectors
Build strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
Understand client manpower requirements and offer customized staffing solutions
Handle end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closure
Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for timely fulfillment of requirements
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Maintain MIS reports, sales pipeline, and client database
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Key Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
0–1 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in staffing or manpower outsourcing industry
Strong knowledge of blue-collar hiring and bulk recruitment
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
