Location: Head Office – Jet Prime, 601–606, Jet Prime, Plot No. 39B, Suren Road, Opp. Residency Hotel, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra Department: Business Development / Customer Service Open Positions: 3 Employment Type: Full-time Gender Preference: Female (for BDE role) / All (for Tele Consultant role) Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and customer-focused professionals to join our Mutual Fund Sales and Service team at our Head Office – Jet Prime. The ideal candidates should have a good understanding of Mutual Funds, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for client engagement, sales, and business development. This role combines business development, customer servicing, and cross-selling responsibilities within the Mutual Fund domain. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with potential and existing clients through call and other communication channels. • Explain and promote Mutual Fund products such as SIPs, ELSS, and other investment schemes. • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Mutual Fund services and client queries. • Provide accurate investment guidance and ensure customer satisfaction (CSAT). • Achieve business development and sales targets consistently. • Maintain and update client interactions and call records in the CRM system. • Stay informed about AMFI/SEBI regulations and ensure compliance at all times. • Support clients in completing mutual fund applications and transactions smoothly. • Cross-sell investment products like SIPs, ELSS, and related services Required Qualifications & Skills: • Qualification: BBI / BFM Graduate (Freshers can also apply) • Experience: o 0–6 months for entry-level BDE role • Skills: o Good understanding of Mutual Funds, SIPs, ELSS, and investment products o Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities o Client-centric approach with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills o Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools o AMFI certification is an advantage (or willingness to complete within 3 months of joining) Incentives & Rewards: • Monthly performance bonuses based on SIP sales, conversions, and CSAT scores • Quarterly rewards such as gadgets, gift vouchers, or cash prizes • Referral incentives for successful candidate referrals • Annual awards and recognition for top performers Career Growth Path: • 12–18 Months: Promotion to Senior Tele Consultant • 2–3 Years: Opportunity to become Team Leader • 3+ Years: Progression to Regional Coordinator or Channel Manager roles Why Join Us? • Work with a dynamic, fast-growing financial services organization • Get trained and certified in Mutual Fund advisory (AMFI) • Transparent career progression and performance-based incentives • Exposure to a wide range of financial products and client segments
