Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for confident and energetic candidates to join our team as Phone Banking Officers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in the banking sector by gaining strong customer service and sales experience while working with a reputed private bank.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers over phone calls and build strong relationships
Promote and upsell banking products and services
Handle customer queries and provide accurate solutions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Achieve assigned targets and earn performance-based incentives
Eligibility Criteria:-
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Undergraduates with 6–9 months of relevant experience can apply
Age limit: Up to 30 years
