Reach out to customers who have registered interest in personal loan services
Validate customer details and collect required loan-related information
Communicate personal loan terms, eligibility, and repayment options offered by partner banks
Identify the best banking option for each customer based on their profile
Assist customers during the application, verification, and approval stages
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and banking partners
Accurately record interactions and application progress in internal systems
Work towards assigned conversion and disbursement targets
Follow company guidelines and ethical sales practices
