Job Description
We are seeking dynamic Sales Executives responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them towards suitable courses and programs offered by iGrade Education.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries and leads.
Counsel students and working professionals regarding courses and career options.
Explain program features, benefits, and fee structures effectively.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Maintain follow-ups with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
Passion for sales and education sector.
Graduation preferred (any stream).
