Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Telecaller with 1-2 years of experience in IT services sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client communication, and promoting services such as website development, mobile applications, and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and pitch IT services
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities
Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and messages
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions
Coordinate with the sales/technical team for demos and closures
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversions
Required Skills:
Strong communication and convincing skills
Good understanding of IT services (web development, mobile apps, digital marketing)
