We are looking for Telecallers to join our team. The role offers 22,000/- salary and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customers

Key Responsibilities :

Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner

Respond to customer inquires complaints and concerns with a problem solving mindset

Job Requirements :

SBI – Mutual Fund (Inbound)

Process : Inbound Customer Service

Headcount : 15

Eligibility :Graduate with minimum 6 months BPO experience

Communication : Versant 4

Shift : 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off : Sunday

Salary : ₹17,500 in‑hand / ₹22,000 CTC
